A continuous improvement of customer satisfaction is a prerequisite for our existence. Measurement methods have been developed for finding out the level of satisfaction. Measurement results have been taken advantage when developing operations. Also deep and continuous contacts with customers guide us in developing the operations.

The top management of the Metalliset Group defines its environmental objectives in its strategy and sets annually precise, accurately measurable quality and environmental targets. Results are continuously followed up, and development needs that are found on this basis are realised in a controlled way using the principle of continual improvement. The management allocates necessary resources for these matters and influences the internal atmosphere so that the personnel can focus fully on reaching all the targets of the organisation.

Managing the different operations and resources of the Metalliset Group is based on facts and process thinking. Understanding and managing the system formed by the processes associated with one another improve the efficiency of the organisation and help it to reach its targets.

The Metalliset Group and its co-operation partners are dependent on each other and deep relations benefiting all the parties boost collective competitiveness.

Quality and environmental awareness is part of the professional skills of the personnel and suppliers. Active eager, adequate knowledge, skills and opportunities for working optimally in quality and environmental point of view are required from whole organization. This is also emphasized in developing and training of the personnel. Everybody accounts for the quality of his/her own work, and for the requirement that a defective semi-finished product / work performance is not transferred to the next work stage.

Modes of working, technology and production methods are internationally competitive in their quality and environmental features. The use of raw materials is as efficient as possible. Chemicals that burden the environment as little as possible are chosen for production, energy is used efficiently and the volume of discharges and waste is minimized.

The Metalliset Group commits itself to adhering to laws, decrees and regulations of the environmental permissions.

The expectations of the different interest groups are taken into account in developing the business.

The Metalliset Group is committed to the realisation of this quality and environmental policy in all its operations.
